It’s been announced recently that GameStop will be getting a Collector’s Edition for the next in the Resident Evil series, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. The Collector’s Edition for the game looks to be pretty sweet, and will be quite the lovely addition to any RE fans collection. The CE of the game is priced at $180, and the main piece to it is an 8 inch replica of the two-story house in the game that just so happens to be a music box. The creepy music box house plays the game’s theme song, “Aunt Rhody”.
On top of the badass music box, buyers of the CE for Resident Evil 7 will get a 4GB USB drive – oh, but it’s not just any USB drive, it’s a replica of the bloody dummy finger you see in the demo of the game. You also get a lithograph of the infamous Baker family along with a nice little not from them to you. You will also get a keepsake box that looks like an old VHS tape, meant to house the dummy-finger USB or any other small objects for that matter. You’ll of course also get the game, which comes in a nice shiny metal case. Even the packaging is pretty cool, take a look below:
The Collector’s Edition of the game is listed only for the PS4 and Xbox One (not on PC… yet), and is set to release next year on January 24.
